For your preferred treatment time, we recommend booking well in advance, ideally before arrival. This ensures that your preferred appointment can be accommodated as best as possible. Our SPA team is happy to assist you in person or by telephone.

Booked appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment begins.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
All treatments will automatically be charged to your room account and settled at Reception on Level -1 upon departure.
Please present any vouchers at Reception on Level -1 when checking in. The corresponding amount will then be credited to your room account.
Please arrive for your treatment wearing a bathrobe and swim slippers. Your privacy will be respected at all times during the treatment. Naturally, all areas of the body not being treated will remain covered. Disposable underwear is available upon request.
We recommend storing jewellery and valuables in your room safe and enjoying your treatments without wearing jewellery. We cannot accept liability for any loss or theft.
The wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. Please inform us when booking about any allergies, health conditions or pregnancy. This allows us to tailor each treatment individually and adapt it optimally to your personal needs.
Upon arrival, you will find a spa bag in your room containing a bathrobe and towels for your stay. Please note that swim slippers are available upon request only. For sustainability reasons, we kindly encourage you to bring your own swim slippers.
To help protect the environment, we also kindly ask you to use towels consciously and responsibly.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the relaxation areas equally, we kindly ask you not to reserve loungers for extended periods with personal belongings. Unoccupied loungers may be cleared by our staff after approximately 20 minutes.
