The relaxed environment at Das Kronthaler is fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food this year is amazing! I have visited Das Kronthaler more than 6 times and each time there have been improvements and lovely surprises. This is my second home!

A note of advice - you need more facilities for ironing clothes - it isnt acceptable a) not to have sufficient facilities & b) when someone requested an iron and there are none available, to not communicate with the guest the situation. Last Saturday night my treatment over this issue by the staff was simply unacceptable. Not only were they incaapable of communicating with me properly they were then rude and dismissive when I asked what was going on. It’s only my loyalty as a customer of 6 years that has meant I haven’t posted a review featuring this incident in Trip Advisor.
